Return Policy

At Helen Miller Leather Bags, the goal is for every customer to love their purchase. Here’s the return policy:

• Ready-to-Ship Bags:
  Ready-to-ship bags can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Contact customer service to start the return process. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

• Custom-Made Bags:
  Custom-made bags are non-returnable and non-refundable since they are personalized creations. Once an order is placed for a custom bag, it cannot be canceled or sent back.
